Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, immediately after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details.
Can I still modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to modify or cancel it.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is 2-4 business days within the Netherlands and 5-7 business days within Europe.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping on orders over €75 within the Netherlands.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a track & trace code via email to track your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to return from receipt. Products must be unworn, in original condition and with tags attached. See our Return Policy for more information.
How do I return my order?
Contact us for a return label. Send the package back and we will process your return within 5-7 business days after receipt.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and approval of your return, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How do I know which size to order?

How do I care for my FashionMiri products?
Care instructions are on the label in each garment. Generally, we recommend hand washing delicate items or washing at a low temperature.
