1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between FashionMiri and the customer.

2. Offers and orders

All offers are non-binding. An agreement is concluded when you place an order and we confirm it via email.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are stated separately and are not included in the product price.

4. Payment

Payment must be made via the available payment methods in our webshop. Your order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

5. Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. See our Return Policy for more information.

7. Returns

Products can be returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or we made an error.

8. Warranty and liability

We guarantee that our products meet the usual requirements and standards. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, texts and logos, is the property of FashionMiri and may not be used without permission.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
